The Senior Helpers Difference

The owner meets both the potential client and your family before you commit to the service. We will make a point to understand your personality & preferences, and will make list of expectations together.
Upon agreement for service we select the best caregiver from our extensive list, specifically with you in mind.
Our Caregiver Selection Process
Only 3% of applicants become employees. We withhold taxes, pay Workman's Comp; run both local and national background checks (as well as DMV and Sexual Abuse checks as appropriate). We are bonded, licensed & insured. There is no legal exposure what-so-ever for our clients.
Caregivers are asked if they are willing to adhere to the list of activities, goals & expectations the client & family request. They sign off thereby accepting the assignment.
On the first day of service the owner brings the caregiver to the client's home, provides introductions & sees that they are getting off on the right foot.
Our RN visits the client and oversees the caregiver on all Personal Care cases
During the first 2 weeks of service, we call or drop in frequently to make certain client & caregiver are bonding and that the care plan is being followed as agreed.
On an on-going basis we check in randomly every month to ensure continued quality of service and client relationship! We are also on call 24/7!
